Large car dealer signs with OmniCar to improve customer loyalty
AT Biler, a top 25 car dealership in Denmark with four car dealers in Denmark, has signed a contract with OmniCar to help improve customer loyalty by using OmniCar SAM. AT Biler sells approximately 5000 cars on an annual basis with 1000 active service agreements. With OmniCar SAM the Danish car dealer expects to double that number. A recent Automotive Industry Report conducted by the independent research institute AnalyseDanmark on behalf of OmniCar shows a gap in the market. Of the 202 surveyed Danish car workshops, only 15% focused on service agreements as a way to build on and ensure customer loyalty. AT Biler sees OmniCar SAM as a great potential to increase revenue by providing customers with automated service agreements that will also help improve customer loyalty. Claus T. Hansen, Group CEO of OmniCar Holding, says: “Our collaboration with AT Biler shows an industry that can benefit from offering service agreements as a way to build and maintain customer loyalty. With service agreements car dealers can increase the Customer Lifetime Value by encouraging the customer to return to the car dealer.” Due to the many advantages with Omnicar’s new pricing structure, AT Biler has signed on OmniCars solution with four premium packages on standard conditions.
