Last day of trading in BTA 1 in OmniCar Holding AB
In May 2019, OmniCar Holding AB (“OmniCar”) conducted a rights issue of shares in which the general public was given the opportunity to subscribe for shares. Through the rights issue, a total of 6,111,106 shares were issued. The rights issue has now been partly registered and 637,374 new shares are registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Final day of trading in BTA 1 (paid-up for shares) will be the 19th of June, 2019 and the stop date will be the 24th of June, 2019.
The partial registration of 637,374 shares have been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the shares are estimated to be distributed to each VP account/depot on the 26th of June, 2019. After the partial registration, the number of shares in OmniCar at the Swedish Companies Registration Office will be 15,133,048 shares. The share capital after the partial registration amounts to SEK 1,513,308.40. There will be one more registration of the part remaining to have the rights issue fully registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
