New Chair of the Board in OmniCar to strengthen the expansion going forward
OmniCar Holding AB ("the Company"), a technology solutions provider empowering the auto industry, today announced that Petra Bendelin was elected Chair of the Board replacing Claus T. Hansen. Claus T. Hansen will continue as a member of the Board.
Petra Bendelin has over 10 years’ experience from the Automotive industry in various leading positions. Petra has experience from starting companies and board experience from start-ups e.g. Swedspot AB and Ezeride AB. She is currently Director of Strategy and Business development, and member of the Management Team, at MEKO AB (publ) and Member of the board in Nic Christiansen Gruppen A/S.
