Claus T. Hansen CEO of Omnicar Holding AB has acquired 500.000 shares in Omnicar Holding AB on the 17th of November 2020 - total number af shares owned by Claus T. Hansens and his 100% owned holding company Oliver Invest ApS are now a total of 5.266.708 shares

The shares have been traded outside the market 

Claus T. Hansen says “Omnicar Holding AB is on a great path to become one of the new supplieres of convienience based car services and my confidence level in the company has never been bigger"
