OMNICAR HOLDING AB ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD MEMBER – WITH EXTENSIVE AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE
OmniCar is very pleased to announce that Mads Kjær, CEO of KJAER GROUP has accepted to join the board of directors of OmniCar Holding AB.
Mads Kjær has vast experience in the automotive industry and is the CEO of KJAER GROUP, which provides automotive mobility solutions internationally and employs around 240 people.
Globally, KJAER GROUP deliver vehicles, motorcycles, spare parts, accessories, insurances and financial solutions to customers in the international aid and development sector (NGOs, the UN, the EU etc.). KJAER GROUP’s ambition and their way of management is to develop the business in a profitable and responsible way and it is the company’s objective that social and environmental goals are pursued in the same manner as their financial targets.
Claus T. Hansen, CEO of OmniCar Holding AB, says: “We are very excited about welcoming Mads Kjær as a board member. Mads Kjær will be replacing Ahmed Sallam.
