Omnicar Holding AB Q2 2021 report
Dear shareholders
Exactly one year ago, we launched the idea of our new mobile workshop concept and on 1 October 2020 our very first mobile service van rolled onto the streets - our Q2 report 2021 numbers reflects some of our accomplishments
Now, 12 months later, we are delighted to have reached the following key milestones:

85% revenue growth in Q2 2021 compared to same periode last year

The best customer satisfaction in the industry
- Five service vans in the Greater Copenhagen area – number six is on its way
- New CEO for Omnicar Holding and Omnicarservice (joining on 1 November)
- On track with our December guidance of SEK 25m
- 25% of our customers are repeat customers
- Month on month record turnover
- We have extended our services to also include windshield repair and replacement
- Implemented a new telephone and CRM system
- Implemented a new email loyalty programme
We will continue investing in vans, employees, IT and marketing and we will present our detailed plans for growth during Q3.
Where do we see ourselves in 12 months’ time with our service business:

Having at least 15 service vans
- Covering all major Danish cities
- Having the best customer satisfaction in the industry
- Offering automated geoplanning to optimise field staff’s rounds
- Automatic quotation generation based on license plate info
- Predictive servicing and repair offers
We will continue our monthly KPI reporting and wish to bring full transparency to our shareholders.
