Ainax AB listed at Stockholm Stock Exchange

As of today, the holding company Ainax AB is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange’s O list.

The purpose of Ainax’s business operations is to administer the Series A shares held in Scania aiming for the best possible return for the shareholders. The company holds 27,320,838 Series A shares in Scania, corresponding to 24.8 per cent of the votes and 13.7 per cent of the capital. Ainax AB was formed in 1999 and is located in Stockholm. “We warmly welcome Ainax to Stockholm Stock Exchange,” says Henrik Paulsson, acting President of Stockholm Stock Exchange.
