AarhusKarlshamn listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm

Today, AarhusKarlshamn AB has been listed on the O list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange. AarhusKarlshamn is the fifty-second company to join the Nordic Exchange this year.

AarhusKarlshamn manufacture value-added products based on environment friendly fats. The company has 2,500 employees and a turnover of some 10,6 billion SEK for 2005. AarhusKarlshamn is a merger between Karlshamns AB and Aarhus United A/S, which were earlier listed on the Stockholm and Copenhagen exchanges respectively. The new company was formed in 2005 and its shares were traded on the alternative market First North until Friday, 8 September. ”It is very gratifying that AarhusKarlshamn now take the step from First North back to our main market.
