PA Resources listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm

As of today, PA Resources has a secondary listing on the Stockholm Stock Exchange’s O List. PA Resources is the 33rd company to be welcomed to the Nordic Exchange this year.

PA Resources AB is an oil and gas group that focuses on the acquisition, development and exploitation of oil and gas reserves, and on conducting exploration aimed at discovering new reserves. The Group is currently one of the largest oil producers in Tunisia. The Group also owns shares in exploration areas in Norway and in Equatorial Guinea. PA Resources AB had sales of SEK 281 million in 2005 and its primary listing is on the Oslo Stock Exchange’s SMB list in Norway. The last of day trading the company’s shares on the Nordic Growth Market (NGM) in Sweden was Friday, June 16. “We are delighted to welcome an oil company to the Nordic Exchange.
