The Nordic Exchange welcomes Griffin IV Berlin to the main market and adServing International to First North

Today, the trading of Griffin IV Berlin’s shares commences at OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen. Griffin IV Berlin is the twenty-second company to join the main market of the Nordic Exchange in 2007. In addition to this, the trading of adServing International’s shares begins on First North in Denmark. adServing International is the thirty-fifth company coming to First North this year. Including adServing International First North now comprises 112 companies.

Including adServing International 20 companies have joined First North Denmark,” explains Jan Ovesen, President, OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen.


The Griffin group has existed since 1993 and is specialized in wealth management based on commercial and residential property investments. Focus is on growing metropolitan areas in Europe. In particular Griffin has gained vast experience in the Berlin property market. The market is known for its relatively low price points compared to other major cities in the European region.

During the past 6 months Griffin has acquired 138 properties in Berlin valued at DKK 1.6 billion. These 138 properties are now being offered to the public through the new company, Griffin IV Berlin A/S, listed on OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen as of today. After the latest investment in Berlin, Griffin has facilitated property investments in Berlin for more than DKK 4.5 billion in the German capital during the past 18 months.

Griffin IV Berlin is a Small Cap company with the short name GRFIV B. It is registered in the Financials sector and a round lot of shares amount to 5,000.


adServing International has developed an electronic system for advertising for example for ads on the internet. adServing International works with Ad systems, coordination, ad sales and graphic service.

The company employs 34 people and has agencies in Denmark, Sweden and Finland. Through these agencies more than 100 medias in nine countries are served. adServing International helps generate more than 3,000 display ads every second, 24 hours a day.

The company’s goal is to be represented in 25 European countries by 2010. adServing International’s clients counts MTG, Bonnier and QXL.

A round lot of shares in adServing International, whose short name is ADSERV, amounts to 200. The company is registered in the Information Technology sector.
