The Nordic Exchange welcomes Systemair

Today Systemair will be listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm. The company is the twenty-seventh company to be listed on the Nordic Exchange’s main market this year.

Systemair is a leading ventilation company with the main part of its operations in Europe and North America. The company was founded in 1974, and generated sales of 280 million EUR during the last financial year and has approximately 1,700 employees. The products are marketed under the brand names Systemair, Frico, VEAB and Fantech.

”We are happy to welcome Systemair to OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm and to the sector Industrials. Year to date we have had more listings on the Nordic Exchange compared to the same period last year,” says Jenny Rosberg, President of Company Services at OMX.

A round lot of shares in Systemair, whose short name is SYSR, amounts to 100. Systemair is a Mid Cap company in the Industrials sector.
