We have noticed an increased interest of our offerings from this continent which until now has been too far away for us to be able to follow up in an acceptable way. Different time zones and the lack of local presence has made the requests difficult to respond to in a timely and professional manner.
The partnership with Skydrop allows us to respond to requests and help companies to quickly get started with Unified Monitoring even if they are on the opposite side of the world. Local certified technicians will not only result in reaching out to more customers but also help building our brand name and provide professional and local support.
