op5, a developer of products for monitoring of IT systems and networks, announces the launch of Core System Release 3.1 with new functionality in the form of the configuration guide Configuration Wizard. The function is part of op5 Portal; the installation and administrative interface for op5’s products. Configuration Wizard simplifies and automates the installation of op5’s products and thereby shortens the implementation time. op5 also launces a new subscription option – without a lock-up clause.

With Core System Release 3.1 op5’s customers gain access to the new configuration guide Configuration Wizard, which is part of the web based installation and administrative interface for op5’s products. It is used by customers to install, configure and administer op5’s produkter. The new functionality simplifies and automates the installation of op5’s products and thereby shortens the implementation time.

In order to bring about a clear, simple and flexible business model op5 sells its products through a subscription model, i.e. customers pay a monthly fee during a predetermined subscription period. Now it also becomes possible to sign a subscription without the lock-up requirement, the customer simply pays per month.
