Open-Innovators.Org welcomes it's new board members
Open-Innovators.Org , a non-profit based out of Sweden promoting sustainability in eCommerce is excited to announce a new board. Joydeep Dash , Jens Lee , Chris Kershaw , Nicole Zethelius and Fanny Svenneke Åsberg join the board effective from 10th December 2020
In our recent meeting we reviewed the past 2 years of activities, elected five new board members, and planned on where we should focus our efforts in the next 12 months and beyond. The new board has substantial experience in the topics of eCommerce and sustainable practices within eCommerce.
Joydeep Dash, founder and chair person of Open-Innovators is responsible for the overall direction, engagements and commitments of this collaboration platform. With his entrepreneurial, solution seeking approach, Joydeep has strived to bring stakeholders within the eCommerce and sustainability world to converge on critical areas and find the best solutions. Joydeep is also the CEO of eNovEight AB, an expert eCommerce company in Sweden and Head of Nordics for NetElixir, a global analytical search marketing agency.
Chris Kershaw has over 14 years experience in retail communications and digital commerce, he has assisted leading retailers and start-ups alike in building successful eCommerce businesses and growing online sales. With an educational background in Environmental Sciences Chris is passionate about sustainability and conservation, and leads the sustainability promotion activities at Open-Innovators with a specific focus on waste reduction and circularity.
Nicole Zethelius has over 15 years experience in European and Global retail, FMCG, and business development. Having worked for fashion industry within luxury and high-street brands. Nicole is a certified expert in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation through Harvard University. Accomplished in helping companies with Climate Strategy as well as Social Impact Strategy, she is attached to several start-ups and NGOs through KTH, Ashoka United Nations Economic Commission. Nicole lead al financial strategy and feasibility planning within Open-Innovator's activities.
Jens Lee has over 23 years' experience in IT innovation, business transformation and business development. Accomplished in helping companies with business transformation strategies adapting to circular economy and consumer access services. Jens focuses on technology innovation for transforming global supply chain processes to adapt to the global consumption behaviour change towards circular- and access economy combined with business models promoting both social and environmental sustainability. Jen has co-founded five different companies targeting both B2B and B2C customers within the retail and IT sector.
Fanny Svenneke Åsberg started her journey within Economics and became passionate about the environment and climate. She has an MSc in Environmental Communication and Management from SLU. Fanny has worked for several years within sustainability both from a social and environmental perspective. Fanny is responsible for all activities streams within Open-Innovators especially communications, collaboration and event management.

With it's core focus on sustainability promotion, reducing wastage and encouragement of a circular economy, Open-Innovators stream of activities includes information promotion on impact areas, help on marketing and promotion strategy, funds mobilisation, MVPs and technology use for green commerce.
