The Spa’s philosophy is based on the combination of Organic Earth & Vibrant Sea. Traditional Therapies

Chinese: Rooted in the ancient philosophy of Taoism and dating back more than 5,000 years, The Spa’s traditional Chinese therapies include highly restorative and personalised treatments of acupuncture, cupping and Tui Na Massage. Combining massage, acupressure and other forms of body manipulation, these therapies help to restore balance, improving and promoting health and vitality. The Chinese Doctor, a highly trained specialist administers the treatments in the calm and traditional surrounds of the Chinese Treatment Room, whose interior is inspired by classical oriental design.

Bird’s Nest superfoods are highly regarded in Chinese traditional medicines and renowned within Asia as one of the optimum health products. The Spa offers a range of 4 Bird’s Nest products including Secret Bird’s Nest and Love Passion Bird’s Nest which harness incredible restorative properties. Maldivian: Discover the ancient wisdom of local Dhivehi Medicine, known as ‘Dhivehi beys verikan’ at The Spa. Inspired by traditional herbalism and age-old bodywork techniques, these exotic rituals make use of local resources including Maldivian white sand, locally grown herbs and fresh coconut oil. After a personal consultation, The Spa’s resident Ayurvedic Doctor creates bespoke wellness journeys, drawing on ancient healing techniques inspired by the ancient wisdom famously known as the ‘Science of Life’.

Choose from deeply relaxing treatments such as Shirodhara, which encourages a blissful state of mind and body consciousness or Udvarthanam, to cleanse nourish and detoxify inside and out. Surrender to blissful relaxation with the Ayurvedic treatment packages, combining the unbeatable combination of individual yoga sessions in the surrounds of the private yoga suite, treatments and massage.
