Subwing – 2014’s Hottest New Watersport Launching Exclusively at The Peligoni Club for their Young Professional’s Beach the Blackberry fortnight
Making an appearance for another year, the ever successful and always exciting Beach the Blackberry fortnight will be held at The Peligoni Club, Zakynthos from 19th June – 3rd July 2014 and this year the Peligoni team will be using it as an opportunity to launch Subwing, 2014’s hottest new watersport!
New for 2014, The Peligoni Club will add Subwing to their already extensive list of activities with guests being able to try out this year’s hottest new watersports trend and underwater thrill ride exclusively at The Club. Subwing is an incredible sport that has reinvented the way you can experience the ocean, where riders are towed behind a boat and have the ability to spin, turn and dive almost anywhere! “Riding the Subwing will make you feel like you’re flying underwater and it gives the rider a sense of dolphin like freedom” says Director of Subwing, Mats Westgård.

Peligoni’s Beach the Blackberry fortnight is aimed at young professionals, giving them a chance to relax in a chilled out environment with like-minded people and offer them the much needed time to relinquish their phones, tablets & laptops. Hosting it between 19th June – 3rd July means guests can take advantage of lower travel costs and better accommodation rates available during these months. The weather will be hovering around a balmy 30° and as an incentive, the group organiser (a Peligoni Hero) will also receive a €200 bar credit to spend how they wish! And, if that’s not enough, if your group consists of more than 8 people, Peligoni will also throw in a complimentary half day cruise on Odyssey, the Club’s very own and lovingly restored 55” traditional Greek. This is a holiday designed by young professionals, for young professionals where there will be no children or teenagers to worry about!
The Peligoni Club itself oozes original bohemian charm whilst managing to offer a stylish, unique and exciting retreat with outdoor gym, pool, tennis court, Spa, restaurant & bar, boutique, sun loungers and variety of watersports.
