Opici Import Company Now Opici Wines
The Opici Import Company, a New Jersey-based, national wine importer, has changed its name to Opici Wines.
“Our company has undergone significant changes over the past year and this name change represents those improvements. Opici Wines better describes who we are today and what our goals are for the future. As a sales and marketing company that produces and represents brands both internationally and domestically, we have evolved beyond just an importer,” said Don Opici, Managing Director of Opici Wines and the fourth generation of the Opici family to be involved in the company.
Paying tribute to the company’s distinguished history, Opici added,
“Our new name is a milestone in the evolution of our company. Opici Wines acknowledges our 75-year history and reinforces our commitment to delivering quality wines at great values, just as we always have.”
Along with the name change, the company has also created a new, modern-looking logo that is printed on the back label of all wines imported or produced by Opici Wines.
"We wanted to create an easily identifiable marker for people seeking our wines," said Opici. "We stake our reputation on the price-to-quality ratio, and wine buyers trust us to provide good bang for the buck. The new logo helps people immediately recognize the great-value wines that we represent."
Additionally, a brand-new website has been published at http://www.opiciwines.com. The site is fully integrated with social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter; includes a regularly updated blog, videos, podcasts; "find this wine" links to online retailers; and offers downloadable tech sheets, high-res images, and point-of-sale materials for all of their wines.
