Ulf Hagman acquires 28,900 shares in OptiFreeze AB

A consortium of shareholders with Arc Aroma AB at the forefront transfers shares in OptiFreeze AB to incoming CEO Ulf Hagman. 

Ulf Hagman acquires 28,900 shares in OptiFreeze AB off-market at a price of SEK 17.35 per share.
