Changes to the Board of Directors of OptiGroup
OptiGroup Holding AB announces that Jeanette Fangel Løgstrup has been appointed to the Board as an independent Director at the board meeting held on 26 April 2023. She will thereby succeed Britta Korre Stenholt.
Jeanette Fangel Løgstrup has a C-suite background with almost 20 years of experience from international executive leadership teams, mostly in large listed companies like RSA Insurance Group and Danske Bank Group. She is a former senior executive vice president of Danske Bank Group, where she was a member of Group Management and the head of sustainability, communications, marketing, branding, and public affairs. Today she is the CEO of the family business Expon with focus on investments and executive advisory. She is also currently an independent board director at JP Politiken Media Group, Cowi Holding, Andel Energy, Danske Invest, Combineering and Sovino Brands. Jeanette will contribute with valuable experience to the Board and bring significant knowledge to OptiGroup’s sustainability work.
