OptiGroup acquires AS-Palvelut Oy in Finland
OptiGroup has through its Finnish company VeliMark Oy acquired 100% of the shares in the family owned company AS-Palvelut Oy in Finland.
AS-Palvelut Oy, with a turnover of some EUR 5 million, is a full service wholesaler within professional cleaning and hygiene products. Through this acquisition, the business segment Facility Solutions will further strengthen its Nordic position in the area of cleaning and facility management supplies.
