OptiGroup acquires Bentsen Emballage A/S in Denmark

OptiGroup has acquired Bentsen Emballage A/S, a Danish distributor specialized in customized packaging products. The transaction will further consolidate OptiGroup’s position as the leading supplier of packaging solutions in the Nordic region. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
