OptiGroup acquires Stadsing in Denmark
OptiGroup AB has acquired 100% of the shares of Stadsing A/S. The transaction was completed following the approval by the Danish competition authority. Through this acquisition, OptiGroup will further strengthen its Nordic position in the segment of cleaning and facility management supplies. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
Stadsing is one of the leading suppliers of cleaning, hygiene and facility supplies to customers in Denmark. The company is headquartered in Aalborg, and has a gross profit of approximately EUR 12 million and 70 employees. The company has developed very successfully as a family business, and will continue to be led by Karsten Stadsing as CEO together with his brother Henrik Stadsing.
