OptiGroup receives clearance from the German Competition Authority for the sale of its German paper distribution business

OptiGroup has today obtained clearance from the German Competition Authority (FCO) for its sale of Papyrus Deutschland GmbH & Co KG to Inapa, which was announced on 24 October 2018. OptiGroup expects the transaction to be closed in the next 30 days.
