Papyrus has on April 2 finalised the divestment of its envelope production unit in Germany to the Mayer-Kuvert-network as announced on March 6, 2013. With the divestment, Papyrus pursues its strategic business decision to separate itself from envelope manufacturing to fully focus on its core business and the reinforcement of the company’s position as the No. 1 paper merchant in Continental Europe.
