Papyrus finalises the acquisition of Arto Emballasje AS in Norway

Papyrus has finalised its previously announced acquisition of 100% of the shares in Arto Emballasje AS. The all-cash acquisition was completed following approval by regulatory and competition authorities. The Norwegian company, which specialises in the wholesale of industrial supplies and packaging, will become part of the Papyrus Supplies business area.

The transaction is an important complement to strengthening Papyrus position in the area of facility supplies and packaging in the Nordic region and is in line with the previous recent acquisitions in Scandinavia of StädgrossImporten in Stockholm and StädCentralen in Gothenburg; both completed in 2011.
