OptiGroup announces further investments in the Industrial & Safety Solutions business segment

OptiGroup today announces further acquisitions in the business segment Industrial & Safety Solutions in Romania and Finland. In total, the acquired businesses will add approximately EUR 50 million in sales to this fast developing part of the Group.  Proxima Tapes and Proxima Comserv are engaged in the service and sale of industrial packaging mainly in the North Western region of Romania.
