Papyrus signs an agreement to acquire OSPAP in Czech Republic

Papyrus has signed an agreement to acquire the Czech paper merchant OSPAP. This as part of its strategy to grow the business in paper, visual communication and packaging distribution in major European markets. OSPAP, that has continued to operate since its owner PaperlinX Netherlands Holdings B.V. was placed into administration in the Netherlands, is a successful and well-established company with a broad customer base. The acquisition will enhance the geographical footprint of Papyrus in the region, improve the service and portfolio offering, and create higher efficiency for both customers
