Crossborderit extends Woony trial and includes support team

As outlined in the existing Letter of Intent, Crossborderit confirms their continued plans to use the Woony service, as it has now been commercially released.

Crossborderit has identified a need for an integrated voice calling service to enhance their interaction with their web shop customers worldwide. The service is expected to reduce the time for onboarding and resolution of support issues and increase customer satisfaction.
