Change in Optomed’s holding of treasury

A total of 1,000 of shares have been subscribed for under the Company’s stock option plan 2018C. Optomed has used treasury shares for the share subscriptions. The subscribed shares have been delivered to the subscribers on 20 February 2023.

The total amount of treasury shares is now 373 566.
