Change in Optomed’s holding of treasury

A total of 3,500 of shares have been subscribed for under the Company’s stock option plans 2020A Optomed has used treasury shares for the share subscriptions. The subscribed shares have been delivered to the subscribers on 8 May 2023.

The total amount of treasury shares is now 370 066.
