Optomed’s financial reporting in 2022

Optomed Plc will release its Financial Statement Bulletin, Half-Year Financial Report and Interim Reports in 2022 as follows:

  • Financial Statement Bulletin for 1 January – 31 December 2021, 17 February 2022
  • Interim Report for 1 January – 31 March 2021, 5 May 2022
  • Half-Year Financial Report for 1 January – 30 June 2022, 4 August 2022
  • Interim Report for 1 January – 30 September 2022, 3 November 2022

Annual Report 2021, which includes the company’s financial statements, the report of the Board of Directors, the corporate governance statement and the remuneration report, will be published during the week starting on 28 February 2022 at the latest.

                                                                
Optomed’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on
10 May 2022 in the Helsinki region, Finland. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting separately at a later date.

 

A shareholder who requests a certain issue belonging to the General Meeting to be included on the agenda of the meeting, is asked to notify the Board of Directors in writing by post Optomed Plc, Yrttipellontie 1, FI-90230 Oulu, Finland no later than 14 March 2022.
