Optomed postpones its Annual General Meeting

Optomed postpones its Annual General Meeting due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, the Company has informed that the meeting will be held on 28 April 2020.

The new date of the Annual General Meeting will be disclosed in due course. The meeting will be arranged in accordance with all the regulatory guidelines and ensuring the health and safety of shareholders and Optomed personnel. Optomed will convene the Annual General Meeting at a later stage.
