Xisi Guo leaves Optomed’s Board of Directors

Xisi Guo has decided to leave the Board of Directors of Optomed 19 August 2022 as he decided to leave his position at Cenova Capital, Optomed’s largest shareholder. After the change, Optomed’s Board of Directors will consist of four members: Petri Salonen (chair), Seppo Mäkinen, Reijo Tauriainen and Anna Tenstam.

According to Optomed’s articles of association, Optomed’s Board shall consist of at least five members. Consequently, Optomed’s Board will convene an extraordinary general meeting to appoint a new board member. The invitation to the extraordinary general meeting will be publishes separately.
