Siemens and Optovent sign letter of intent

SIEMENS AND OPTOVENT SIGN LETTER OF INTENT Final agreement to be signed by end of year Taby, Sweden, June 27, 2002 -- Optovent AB announces the signing of a letter of intent with the Electromedical Systems Division of Siemens Medical Solutions, Inc. to provide Siemens with Optovent FORE technology for respiratory monitoring.
