Additional information regarding Opus Group's establishment in Córdoba, Argentina

On February 20, 2017 Opus Group published information that the company will acquire three vehicle inspection concessions in Córdoba, Argentina, under an asset purchase agreement with Inspecentro, a Portuguese vehicle inspection company. On March 3, 2017, Opus Group published further information confirming that the company’s Argentine subsidiary Opus Inspection SA has completed the acquisition of three vehicle inspection concessions in Córdoba, Argentina. Argentina is a new market for Opus with opportunities for growth. The investment in connection with the acquisition of the business represents less than three percent of Opus Group’s market capitalization. Hence, the investment is considered insignificant.
