In connection with the restructuring, Opus Group’s subsidiary J&B Maskinteknik AB becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Opus Equipment AB. Both the transition of Opus Bima’s operations and the restructuring of J&B Maskinteknik AB is expected to be completed by April 1, 2013.

“We have a positive view on the restructuring of the Swedish equipment business. This will result in a more efficient organization where it will be easier to exploit synergies between the different companies, which will lead to positive effects for both the equipment division and the Group”, says Jörgen Hentschel, CEO of Opus Equipment AB and Head of the Equipment Division.
