Envirotest awarded vehicle inspection contract in Colorado

Envirotest Systems Corp. (Envirotest) has been awarded the vehicle inspection contract by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. The contract is currently being negotiated.

On November 6, 2014, Opus Group AB published the signing of an agreement to acquire Envirotest Systems Holdings Corp. The acquisition is subject to Envirotest signing a contract for the new vehicle inspection program in Colorado, expected to start in 2015. All other conditions of the acquisition agreement have been satisfied. Opus Group’s acquisition of Envirotest is expected to close in Q1 2014.
