New number of shares and votes in Opus Group AB (publ)

As per March 31, 2020, the total number of shares and votes in Opus Group AB (publ) amounts to 291,574,201. All shares are ordinary shares and the company does not hold any treasury shares. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from redemption of options pursuant to the Option Program 2016:1, whereby a total of 1,255,955 options were exercised for a corresponding number of shares.
