Opus Group AB (publ) applies for delisting

The board of directors of Opus Group AB (publ) (”Opus” or the ”Company”) has, at the request of Ograi BidCo AB, resolved to apply for delisting of the Company’s shares from Nasdaq Stockholm. The application has been sent to Nasdaq Stockholm AB today.

The last day of trading in the Company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm will be announced as soon as the Company has received confirmation from Nasdaq Stockholm AB.
