Opus Group AB (publ) has been approved for listing on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm
The NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Listing Committee has decided to approve the application of Opus Group for listing of all its shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. First day of trading on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm will be July 2, 2013.
The new listing has moved the trading in Opus Group shares from First North Premier to NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Trading with Opus Group shares on First North Premier will end and the last day of trading will be July 1, 2013. Opus Groups shareholders need not take any action in connection with the listing on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Shares will be traded using the same symbol as before, OPUS. There will be no issue of new shares in connection with the listing on the NASDAQ OMX, Stockholm.
Erik Penser Bankaktiebolag has been the financial adviser during the listing process.
