Opus Equipment AB has received an order from BMW of electronic driver log systems of the brand Triplog. The order value amounts to approximately one million euro.

Opus Equipment conducts annual deliveries of electronic driver log systems to BMW. The orders are renewed each year when the price and delivery volumes are regulated. The order that Opus Equipment now receives implies that the delivery volumes to BMW are approximately fivefolded. The strong sales increase is due to changes in routines of Bundesministerium der Finanzen in Berlin.

The whole sales volume of this order will be delivered during the first six months of 2013. The first delivery will take place in week 5.

”It is gratifying for us that the sales volume of our electronic driver log systems to BMW rises sharply. We have for a long time seen a great potential for sales of these systems in Germany due to the German tax laws and we still see good prospects for further sales growth,” says Jörgen Hentschel, CEO of Opus Equipment AB.
