Opus requests utilization under its financing agreement with Ares Management
Opus has entered into a new financing agreement with funds managed or advised by Ares Management Limited and its affiliates which provides for facilities of 250 MUSD (approximately 2,500 MSEK) and approximately 646 MSEK, respectively. Further, the financing agreement also provides for a Revolving Facility of 200 MSEK.
Opus has requested utilization of a facility of 250 MUSD (approximately 2,500 MSEK) and approximately 646 MSEK under the financing agreement. The proceeds will be paid out 2 April 2020.
