The Parliament has voted against the proposal from the Transport Agency

The Parliament has with a large majority voted for that Sweden should not adjust the inspection interval according to the minimum requirement in the EU directive.

With the decision of the Parliament, both the Ministry of Industry, the Traffic Committee and the Parliament have stated that they are negative to the recommendation by the Traffic Agency to change the inspection interval to the minimum EU level of 4-2-2.
