Orc Group appoints nominating committee ahead of 2012 Annual General Meeting

It is hereby announced that Orc Group has formed a nominating committee ahead of its 2012 Annual General Meeting. The committee’s tasks include issuing a proposal regarding Orc Group’s Board of Directors.

The following nominating committee has been formed in accordance with the rules adopted by the 2011 AGM:          

Per Trygg (SEB Investment Management),
Kerstin Stenberg (Swedbank Robur fonder),
Staffan Persson (Zimbrine Holding BV),
Martin Wallin (Lannebo fonder AB),
Patrik Enblad (Chairman of Orc Group AB), co-opted member,

of which one will be appointed chairman.

The Annual General Meeting will be held in Stockholm on April 26, 2012, at 4:00pm CEST.

Shareholders who wish to contact the nominating committee can do so via e-mail to nominatingcommittee@orc-group.com or by letter to Orc Group, Att: Nominating Committee, Box 7742, SE-103 95 Stockholm, Sweden. In order for the nominating committee to review the submitted proposals in a constructive manner, these must be received by the nominating committee by February 24, 2012, at the latest.
