Orc Software expands European presence with new office in Amsterdam
Amsterdam, NL – Monday, September 24, 2007 - Orc Software (SSE: ORC), the leading global provider of technology for advanced derivatives trading and connectivity, has opened an office in the Netherlands capital, Amsterdam, in direct response to increased local demand for Orc trading solutions and support services across Benelux.
Demand for Orc Software’s advanced derivatives and risk management solutions, backed with high levels of automation and proven performance, has increased in the Netherlands and throughout the Benelux region. The financial industry across Benelux is also joining escalating worldwide interest for Orc Liquidator; the algorithmic solution capable of rapidly deploying custom trading strategies at a processing speed of over 20,000 orders per second, with sub-millisecond latency.
