Orc Software pushes the boundaries of automated trading with new version of Orc Liquidator
Orc Software has released Orc Liquidator 5.1, a faster, more customizable and easy-to-use application for creating trading strategies and automatic trading on over 100 markets.

Orc Liquidator is a flexible, high-performance server-based trading platform that allows the user to automatically trade and make markets on over 100 electronic market places supported by the Orc System. It provides the ability to quickly design new trading strategies in order to capture short-lived market opportunities – across products and across markets. This capability drastically shortens the time from trading idea to full scale execution and avoids the common limitation of only providing a fixed set of strategies. New features include: • More powerful handling of multi-instrument trading algorithms with modification directly from the user interface using the new Strategy Monitor. • A new interface for creating custom data columns – allowing the user to define any type of mission-critical information needed for strategies, orders and trades. • A new tool, the Profiler, providing run time analysis of trading strategies, making it easier to identify and remove any bottlenecks for maximum performance. These are in addition to the huge performance improvements that have been implemented in Orc Liquidator 5.1, directly increasing the speed of running the strategies, getting orders to market and reacting to market events.
