Uptake of Orc technology continues in Nordic region with latest deal to DIVIDEON

STOCKHOLM: Tuesday 29th of January 2008 – Orc Software (SSE: ORC), the leading global provider of technology for advanced derivatives trading and connectivity solutions, today announced Stockholm based trading firm DIVIDEON has integrated Orc technology, including Orc Trader and market connectivity, for its trading business.

DIVIDEON is utilizing Orc Software’s non membership market connectivity to trade equities listed on leading European exchanges through their DMA vendor.

About Orc Software´s revenue model
This agreement follows Orc’s licensing subscription model to give customers access to the software, new versions and support as long as the agreement is valid. Customers are invoiced quarterly in advance and revenue allocated to the invoicing period.
