Orc Group AB (publ) files for delisting
Cidron Delfi Intressenter AB (“Cidron Delfi Intressenter”), an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary to Nordic Capital VII Limited, has on 31 January 2012 completed the public tender offer for Orc Group AB (publ) (“Orc” or the “Company”). Cidron Delfi Intressenter controlled after the regular acceptance period 95.5 percent of the shares in Orc and after the prolonged acceptance period, which expired on 14 February 2012, 98.8 percent.
