Sensational setting
Thrill to the music of these amazing performers while relaxing on the grassy banks of the Willamette River, viewing the glacial peaks of Mt. Hood and the stunning Portland skyline, enjoying the festival’s July 4th fireworks … all the while smiling at the thought that you are helping to fight hunger. That’s the super sensational magic of the Safeway Waterfront Blues Festival, July 4 to 7, Portland, Ore.

Owned by Oregon Food Bank
The festival is owned and produced by Oregon Food Bank, a charitable nonprofit and is the largest blues festival west of the Mississippi and the second-largest blues festival in the nation. Most important, the festival is Oregon Food Bank’s largest annual fundraiser at a time when need for emergency food continues to grow. One-hundred percent of donations and pass revenue support Oregon Food Bank’s mission to eliminate hunger and its root causes … because no one should be hungry.

“Blues Fest attendees have made this festival a success by attending year after year and spreading the word,” said Golino de Lovato. “We depend on the generosity of attendees to help fight hunger.”

Entry on the first three days, July 4, 5 and 6, is a suggested donation of at least $10 and two cans of food per person per day. You’ll need a festival pass for the high-powered Sensational Sunday, July 7.
