Communiqué from Oresa Ventures' Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings on May 8, 2001 At the Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of Oresa Ventures (the "Company") held on May 8, 2001 in Luxembourg, the shareholders of the company have voted in favour of the following resolutions: · to appoint two additional directors on the Board of Directors of the Company - Ms Margareta Nordenvall and Mr Arno Bohn. · to change the name of the Company from Oresa Ventures S.A. into MEDICOVER Holding S.A. · to change the currency of the issued and authorised share capital of the Company from USD into EUR.
